Pro-Ject PICK IT MM E cartridge

Moving magnet (MM) cartridges are the most common and affordable solution. Their manufacturing cost is lower than that of moving coil (MC) cartridges, and their replaceable diamond is a significant advantage.


The Pick it MM E uses a low-mass moving-coil assembly based on a miniature neodymium magnet. Thanks to its low inertia, tracking accuracy is significantly improved. The conical diamond provides high-quality, warm, fluid reproduction with low background noise.

The case is made of ABS optimized for low resonance, effectively reducing colorations induced by mechanical vibrations.

It has a total weight of around 5.5 grams (excluding screws), making it compatible with the majority of entry-level turntables.
