Secure payment is very important to us. We work with Crédit Mutuel de Bretagne to guarantee 100% secure payment by credit card. You can also pay by PayPal, cheque or bank transfer.

For greater flexibility, we also offer you the option of paying in 3 instalments, free of charge, for purchases of €1,000 or more.

How do I pay by cheque?

Payment by cheque is possible for orders of less than €300. Above this amount, this method of payment is not available.

If you choose to pay by cheque, we will send you an email summarising your order following your purchase on the site.

You will find the payment order, your order number to be indicated in your mail as well as the postal address of maPlatine.com to which to send us your cheque.

Your order will then be sent to you as soon as payment is received.

How do I pay by bank transfer?

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, all you have to do is select the corresponding option in the payment options on maPlatine.com. We will then send you an email summarising your order.

This will contain our bank details for making the transfer. You will then receive your order as soon as we receive your payment.

To meet your needs as closely as possible, we offer you the option of paying in three instalments, free of charge, for purchases of €1,000 or more by bank card.

What is payment by Paypal?

You must have a Paypal account to use this payment method. You will be automatically redirected to your Paypal account and subject to Paypal's general conditions of use. Once your payment has been validated, you can finalise your order on the maPlatine.com website.

What is instant bank transfer payment?

As part of our ongoing effort to provide you with the best possible service, we are offering you an innovative payment method that allows you to make a bank transfer instantly, so that you don't have to wait for the funds to be available before placing your order (which can sometimes take several days).

It's very simple: when you choose instant bank transfer, you'll be taken to a page where all you have to do is choose your bank. A new page will then appear, that of your bank, where you will need to enter your bank account login details. Once this has been done and your transfer has been accepted, your order will be validated and ready for dispatch.

I can't pay with my bankcard. What should I do?

maPlatine.com uses the 3D Secure system to protect transactions made on its site. That's why, when you choose to pay by credit card, a window appears requesting various information from your bank. If you are unable to provide this information or if it does not work, please contact us to help you finalise your order.
