For Sonus Faber enthusiasts, discover a new Hi-Fi speakers range is always a pleasure! Good news, since the Italian manufacturer recently launched its new “Sonetto” speaker range that is composed of three models. This Sonetto series is placed just between the two others famous range of Sonus Faber, the Chameleon and Olympica Nova.
The Sonus Faber Sonetto I and Sonetto II bookshelf speakers
The Sonus Faber Sonetto I and Sonetto II are the two “bookshelf” models among this new range. These 2-way speakers are perfectly manufactured, as always with Sonus Faber.
Thanks to their design and quality components (cellulose fiber speaker, insulated 29mm tweeter, Bass/Reflex load via event…), these Sonetto I and Sonetto II limit distortions and interferences in the sound they produce.
By the way, we find a beautiful sound scene when listening to them, with a significant bass as it is required for Hi-Fi speakers of this size! And associated to speaker stands especially designed for them, the Sonetto I and Sonetto II will give even better sound results! Know that these Sonus Faber Sonetto II go further in the bass, with an even more important sound opening. As proof, this second model received several awards from the specialized press. A must-have that we share!
The Sonus Faber Sonetto III tower speakers
Besides these two bookshelf models, Sonus Faber completed this new range with a third model, the Sonetto III tower speakers. These integrate the atypical look of the very famous Venere speakers of the manufacturer. A timeless look despite the time!
We find the same features on the 4 speakers of the Sonetto III than on the Sonetto I and Sonetto II models. In addition, there is also an aluminium membrane to provide an even deeper bass! We can feel it during the listening, the bass is perfectly controlled. And it is not finished… These Sonus Faber tower speakers distil a balanced, realistic and precise sound. They are a reference for many audiophiles, and specialized magazines such as Hi-Fi Choice and Hi-Fi World!
Once the release of this new range of Sonus Faber Sonetto speakers was announced, we could not wait to try them. And we must admit that we are not disappointed! We have been seduced by listening to the Sonetto II speakers in our Hi-Fi Auditorium in Rennes, and it is a good bet that we are not alone… A range that will certainly become a reference, as always with Sonus Faber!
