HP Atlas Mavros Transpose Speaker Grun cable

In order to achieve ever higher levels of performance, Atlas has modified its HP Mavros cable by equipping it with the Grun system in order to satisfy the most demanding music lovers.

The new design is partly inspired by the remarkable Arran Grun Atlas. It is the result of research aimed at improving both the efficiency and overall manufacturing quality of the cable.

First, the driver topology was refined; It is designed only with a single solid conductor (Mono brown) assigned to the treble and mid-frequencies, and a multi-strand driver assigned to the low frequencies. This speaker cable is designed with high purity 6N OCC (Ohno Continuous Casting) copper conductors. 

Atlas applies a thin but strong polyethylene coating around the microporous PTFE during the manufacturing process. This wrapped microporous PTFE has enormous advantages in terms of non-concentric cable geometry

This cable features the Transpose modular termination system, which allows you to easily upgrade from a Z version (4mm gold or silver Z plug) to an S version (gold or silver OCC plug) or E (expandable plug) as your needs change. As standard, the Atlas Mavros Grun comes with gold-plated Z Transpose banana plugs connected to the conductor by crimping. This makes it possible to overcome traditional welding and its defects.

Each cable is handcrafted by a qualified Atlas technician, who signs the included Certificate of Authenticity.

The transparency offered by this cable is remarkable, as well as the neutrality with which it transcribes music. The restitution is dynamic and lively with a host of nuance and subtlety. The timbres are full, realistic but at the same time soft and clear. The instruments are rendered with strikingly realistic textures. The placement of vocals and instruments is wider and deeper than usual. There is even more distinction between the different instruments thanks to a very rich palette of timbres.

A low resistance of this cable also gives deep and powerful bass but also richly detailed.
