Nordost loudspeaker cables have a flat profile. The conductors are made of 99.99999% pure OFC copper with a solid core and are silver plated. The cable is made up of 12 single-stranded conductors of 0.205 mm² each. They are placed and insulated in an extruded fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) sheath. This technology is an elegant and unique response to the contradictory requirements for low resistance, low capacitance and low inductance. These technical characteristics limit the performance of conventional cables. Nordost White Lightning 3 cables are factory-fitted with high-quality gold-plated copper banana connectors.
