ATLAS ELEMENT ACHROMATIC: CHARACTERISTICS

To achieve these performances, Atlas has increased the OCC copper content of the cable by over 20% compared to the Atlas Element Integra interconnect cable.

The polyethylene dielectric has been improved, offering a wider bandwidth. The increased overall diameter of the cable enhances its impedance.

The Element Achromatic is the first cable in the range to feature crimped shielding on the RCA plug. These plugs have been improved and optimized. These superb Atlas Achromatic RCA plugs are found throughout the manufacturer's range of the same name. These RCA plugs are, of course, non-magnetic and offer an unprecedented quality of contact and reliability at this price level. These low-mass RCA plugs feature a crimped, solder-free connection. They provide maximum shielding against radio frequency interference (RFI), which can increase noise levels in poorly shielded cables.

The construction is beyond reproach. All Atlas cables are handmade in Kilmarnock, Scotland.
