The Gold Note PSX-5.2 external power supply is specifically designed to optimize the performance of the Italian manufacturer’s Gold Note PH-5.2 phono preamplifier. It is also compatible with the first-generation PH-5, although the aesthetic design differs slightly.

The PSX-5.2 features an exclusive hybrid super-inductive dual-choke design, combined with filtering on both the power stage and the analog output stage. This proprietary architecture effectively eliminates electrical interference and noise generated by the mains supply.

To achieve this, Gold Note employs:

• Three independent power stages

• Three voltage regulation circuits

• Two transformers

This advanced multi-stage regulation ensures exceptionally clean, stable and noise-free power delivery.

The aluminum enclosure and finish are identical to those of the Gold Note PH-5.2, ensuring perfect visual integration within the system.
