AUDIOQUEST POWERQUEST 707: UNIT DESIGN
The Powerquest 707 power filter departs from the traditional power strip form factor, resembling a standard professional audio device at 2 units in size. It comes with corner brackets for rack mounting.
The front panel includes a main switch and two LEDs indicating overvoltage or potential protection status.
At the rear of the Powerquest 707, there are 7 Schuko-format sockets, with 3 designed for high-current devices.
The unit is powered via an IEC socket and is supplied with an Audioquest Powercord PQ-715 cable.

The Audioquest PowerQuest 707 filter operates by linearly treating noise to achieve broad-spectrum reduction.
It features surge protection and automatically shuts down in case of extreme voltage without impacting dynamics or transparency.
There are 7 AC outlets: 3 high-current outlets for amplifiers, and 4 linearly filtered outlets for quieter devices like sources or preamplifiers.
Each power block is isolated and optimized for the connected device, effectively controlling and limiting complex interactions between components. Each outlet is designed to mitigate radio frequency and other induced noises present in AC power, as well as those induced by audio or video system components.
The Powerquest 707 is the only model in the range to offer a 45A current reserve (buffer) for 25 milliseconds, partly justifying its higher price point.
It comes with a high-quality 2-meter power cable, the Power Cord 715, featuring "semi-solid" Long Grain Copper (LGC) conductors. It incorporates ZERO-Tech and RF/ND-Tech technologies similar to those found in the Wind Monsoon power cable.
