PRO-JECT PICK IT MM5 cartridge

This new Pro-Ject Pick it MM 5 cartridge is manufactured by the MM cartridge experts at Ortofon in Denmark, but has been carefully tuned by the design team at Pro-Ject Audio Systems.


It features an elliptical Nude diamond in combination with a highly rigid aluminum cantilever based on the cantilevers of high-end DJ cartridges. This cartridge is built from a unique combination of technologies. One of these is Ortofon's famous double-pole spindle. This gives it a flat frequency response, comparable to that of MC cartridges. Its weight and compliance make it compatible with low to medium mass tone arms.
The result is extremely detailed sound reproduction. The Pick it MM 5 reveals every micro-detail, giving a very wide stereo image while offering surprising dynamics.
