The Grado DJ 100i cartridge is the most affordable model. It builds on the Brooklyn-based manufacturer's expertise in cartridges, with changes dedicated to this specific use.

Grado DJ 100i: features

The cantilever is harder and stiffer for a better forward-backward use, leading to a greater tracking force (between 2 g and 5 g).

The Grado 100i DJ cartridge comes with 3 OTL pieces and its coils are wired with an oxygen free copper conductor.

Grado DJ 100i: listening and review

The sound quality shows all the qualities revealed with Grado’s high-end 'Hi-Fi' series.

The bass is punchy and deep and amazingly well articulated, the mids are present, detailed and 'physical'. The treble is as expected from Grado, namely precise and soft.
