Acoustical Systems AGGELOS tonearm/cartridge connectors

The great headshell leads developed by the German manufacturer boast an amazing build quality. They come in sets of four in an exquisite shrine! They use silver Litz wire conductors. The connectors are made of silver-plated copper. They have been optimised to obtain the lowest resistance and capacitance possible.

When we replaced the original cables with the Acoustical Systems Aggelos, we were impressed by the influence of the 5 cm cable at the output of a cartridge! From the opening bars, the sound seemed clearer, cleaner and better defined… It's as if a veil had been lifted from the speakers! The dynamics and stereo have changed dramatically. The transient cues are exactly where they should be and the instrument placement seems more precise… Just incredible!
