The Soundcast VGtx Bluetooth transmitter is a compact long range Bluetooth transmitter.

SOUNDCAST VGTX: CASING

The front panel includes four indicators that indicate the Bluetooth, power supply/aptX LL codec, analogue and digital status connection. The power on/off button also serves as Bluetooth pairing.

The device also has 2 mounting tabs in order to place it behind your TV or on a hard surface (mounting tab, wall).  

SOUNDCAST VGTX: TECHNOLOGY

Equipped with the Bluetooth 4.2 technology, and the apt-X codec Low Latency, it enables streaming in high definition low latency. Thanks to its antenna the range of the signal increases up to 50m.

SOUNDCAST VGTX: CONNECTIONS

There is an analogue input 3.5mm jack format, a Toslink optical audio input and output, and a micro USB power supply. You can either select the analog or digital input via a switch. The Toslink optical output is pass-through, which enables you to connect a sound bar or amplifier equipped with an optical input.

SOUNDCAST VGTX: COMPATIBILITY

The Soundcast VGtx is compatible with all A2DP Bluetooth receivers and TWS devices that can pair two Bluetooth® receivers in stereo (the devices must support the TWS, including the other Soundcast VG Series speakers).

The Soundcast VGtx Bluetooth transmitter supports three common Bluetooth codecs: SBC (most common codec), apt-X, and apt-X Low Latency.
