? Summer 2025 Playlist by maplatine.com: Our Favorite HiFi Albums

Summer is well underway, and with it come those special moments when music takes on a special dimension. Whether it’s during long listening evenings, rediscovering forgotten albums, or new sonic explorations, this season is rich in musical emotions for the entire maplatine.com team.

Behind our technical expertise and passion for high fidelity lie surprisingly diverse musical profiles. Because beyond technical specifications and response curves, what truly unites us is this common quest: to reveal all the beauty and emotion contained in a recording, whatever its nature.

So we decided to lift the veil on our discoveries, our must-haves and our favorites from this summer, to show you that HiFi only makes sense if it serves musical diversity in all its splendor.

Jérôme’s summer is marked by a beautiful diversity, oscillating between contemplative moments and sonic release. Carrie & Lowell (10th Anniversary Edition) by Sufjan Stevens particularly accompanies it at the moment, this reissue reveals all the delicacy of this introspective album.

At the opposite end of the spectrum, With Fang and Clawreminds him why power and dynamics are crucial in a HiFi system. This album from Amenra is a wall of sound of rare intensity.

His other summer listening sessions demonstrate a boundless musical curiosity: Tether d’Annahstasia, its fascinating sound textures and polished production, Sable” by Bon Iver for its extensive digital experimentation, Mixes of a Lost World to rediscover The Cure from a new angle,Buyer Beare that he plays on repeat for the raw energy of The Men, or even More to rediscover that very special pop energy of Pulp in a perfect sound setting.

In the den of the workshop, François cultivates musical exploration as he refines the settings of the most beautiful turntables. His summer of 2025 is rich in atypical discoveries: he begins with the electronic volutes o E.D.P.SBlue Sphinx“, an album that combines electronics with almost cosmic explorations. He continues with Natura MortaUn Pensiero Intrusive“, perfect for anyone who enjoys getting lost in dark, introspective soundscapes.

François cannot miss the emerging Breton scene, by treating himself to long listens of the eponymous album of “Yeun Elez“, blending tradition and modernity in an unexpected musical dialogue. Finally, he completes his selection with the delicacy of Carla dal FornoThe Garden“, a gem of vaporous atmospheres and pop minimalism that accompanies both his tuning sessions and his late summer evenings. For François, summer takes on the air of a sonic odyssey, between electronic experimentation, local heritage and a true quest for raw emotion.

Céline perfectly embodies the maplatine.com philosophy: no musical genre should be neglected. Her musical summer is the perfect illustration of this, navigating between the anthemic rock of Live at Wembley Stadium de Queen which she listens to again and again throughout the year and the offbeat world of The Fundamental Slimes and Humours de Nekrokoblikon.

Discovering Turnstile‘s latest album Never Enough galvanizes her with its freshness and the pure energy it gives off. Bigger than Life for the polished synthetic atmospheres of Black Marble, and especially the soundtrack of the bloody horror film The Ugly Stepsister with the haunting theme composed by Vilde Tu, her great summer discovery both hypnotic and ‘disturbing, perfect for those looking to experience their emotions and material through a total sensory experience.

This musical diversity of our team is not anecdotal. It reflects our deep conviction: a quality hi-fi system must be able to reproduce with equal excellence an intimate string quartet, a saturated wall of sound, or a complex electronic production.

Each album in our summer selection has been an opportunity to rediscover our own systems, to fine-tune certain settings, and to better understand our customers’ expectations. Because behind every configuration we offer, there is this desire to reveal the unique beauty of each recording.

Whether you’re more of a Sufjan Stevens or Swans fan, a Queen or a Nekrogoblikon fan, our team understands your passion. And it’s this understanding that guides every piece of advice, every adjustment, every recommendation.

Summer is in full swing, and the music season is just beginning. Visit maplatine.com to discover how to bring out the full beauty of your own music.
