The Rotel A08 amplifier is a quality amplifier. Its limited power allows it to be paired with small Hi-Fi speakers. Its careful design with quality components, a linear power supply and a class AB power stage allow it to deliver excellent transparency and dynamics, with a neutral and refined reproduction.

Indiana Line Tesi 261 bookshelf speakers

Real Cable CBV Speaker Cables 130016

The HP Real Cable CBV is equipped and mounted with  excellent quality, 24k gold-plated multi-point banana plugs.

It is designed with OFC copper conductors  with a purity of 99.99%. These very fine strands receive HSCC (High Spec Copper Conductor) braiding and progressive double insulation (PP Gradient Insulation).

They offer a transparent and very smooth reproduction with a very controlled bass.

FAQ: Everything you need to know before buying the T1 EVO pack

Does the turntable come with a cartridge fitted and aligned?

Yes. The Pro-Ject T1 EVO comes pre-fitted with the Ortofon OM10 cartridge. In addition, all our turntables are mounted, adjusted and tested in our workshop before shipping, whether sold on their own or in a pack: the cartridge and tonearm are checked so the turntable is ready as soon as it is set up.

Is a separate phono preamp needed for this turntable?

Not in this pack. The T1 EVO (unlike the T1 EVO Phono version) does not include a phono preamp. It is the Rotel A08 amplifier that handles this function via its dedicated MM phono input, to which the turntable connects directly. No additional box is required.

Is switching between 33 and 45 rpm convenient day to day?

Yes. Changing between 33 and 45 rpm is electronic and done via a switch under the plinth, without moving the belt by hand. You alternate between albums and singles in a single move.

What size of room is this set suitable for?

The Rotel A08 delivers 30 watts per channel into 8 Ohms, suited to compact speakers like the Indiana Line TESI 2, which are at ease in a room under 20 m². Within that range, the set offers a wide soundstage and a clear midrange. For a large room, more powerful amplification or speakers would be worth considering.
