PRO-JECT Speaker Box 5E speakers

Pro-Ject's Speaker Box 5 E is the evolution of the brand's flagship model, produced for over 15 years. It offers impressive sound reproduction in a compact cabinet.

The Pro-ject Speakers Box 5 E is a 2-way speaker (265 x 160 x 198 mm) with bass reflex loading. The port opens onto the back of the speaker, requiring it to be lifted some ten centimetres from the wall.

Thanks to their compact size, these speakers are ideal for use as desktop monitors, but also for small HiFI systems in limited spaces.

Their nominal impedance of 4 ohms, combined with a sensitivity of 86dB (1w /1m), requires an amplifier with an output power of over 25W.

Connection is via an attractive gold-plated terminal block, accepting banana plugs.

The loudspeakers can be concealed behind a magnetically-mounted loudspeaker cover.

Restitution is detailed and particularly balanced, while filling the space with ease.
