The Fyne Audio F500 bookshelf speaker has been developed for dual channel or multichannel uses. This small Hi-Fi speaker allows you to built very performing High Fidelity system at an affordable price.
FYNE AUDIO F500: SPEAKER
Fyne Audio's F500 series is built around a coaxial bass/midrange (tweeter) speaker. This IsoFlare speaker is based on the wanting to reproduce a point source.
The F500 is equipped with the 150 mm version having a compression coaxial tweeter with a 25mm Titanium dome. Its placement makes it work as partial horn loading.
The load is of the bass/reflex type. However, it is optimized according to the BassTrax principle. This one comes out under the Hi-Fi speaker and is diffused at 360° thanks to a cone. This solution also improves acoustic performance, while reducing the effects of coloration.
FYNE AUDIO F500: INSTALLATION
The connection to the amplifier is made via a good quality (double) terminal block that accepts bare wires or banana plugs. We recommend a simple wiring and replacing links by Tellurium Q Blue Jumper cable.
The set up of the Fyne Audio F500 is simple and does not demonstrate problems. All you have to do is associate them with a support of about 60 cm and put them at least 20 cm away from the wall.
The 360 degree diffusion system of the extreme bass does not really make it hard to place.
FYNE AUDIO F500: TEST AND LISTENING
The Fyne Audio F500 offer an open and clear restitution. Above all, they offer a wonderful sound scene with a remarkable instrument placement.
The basses are incredible by their fullness and strength. They do not require huge amplification to show their dynamic and realism.
The mid-ranges are perfectly legible and even very transparent for a product of this range. It is superb on voices and brass ensembles.
The timbre is very realistic and offers a beautiful texture.
The top of the spectrum is perfectly integrated to the other registers. It is very precise and offers a lot of information. It contributes largely to giving a beautiful fullness and an excellent readability, even on the most complex passages.
Note that these F500 speakers are particularly alive and communicative! They give a very "live" feeling to the music with an excellent tempo and a natural frequency response.
To us, the Fyne Audio F500 bookshelf speakers are the least expensive speakers offering coaxial technology. This is possible thanks to the know-how of the "old-ones" from Tannoy!
The F500 speaker is a real surprise! It has all the advantages of a beautiful monitoring speaker at a price without any competing product. Highly recommended!

Heureux propriétaire de ces enceintes depuis 3 semaines, je me décide à laisser un avis.
Excellente petite enceinte colonne, esthétique réussie, qualité sonore, placement aisé. Le principe du haut parleur DualConcentric inventé par Tannoy, est repris avec bonheur pour un prix 5 fois inférieur. La diffusion du gravé par un cône de diffusion disposé sous l'enceinte permet un placement simple sans avoir à pinailler.
La qualité de fabrication est là : superbes borniers, placage bois très réussi, et masse importante au regard du volume. Tout concourt au plaisir de l'écoute pour un encombrement assez raisonnable. Dans ma pièce de 25m2 elles sont parfaitement à l'aise. Je recommande sans réserve
