A quarter turn is all it takes to lock or release the clamp on the turntable spindle. There is no need to fully unscrew it, unlike many other record clamps. The Grip MK3 is entirely manufactured from high-quality aluminium. It is produced on CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to guarantee minimal tolerances.
