This modulation cable is truly symmetrical in design, using two high-purity copper conductors for the positive and negative signals. Its shielding is "floating", consisting of OFC copper braid and aluminum foil.

Like all Transparent products, it is fitted with a "Network" box that acts as a damper and filter, controlling and stabilizing resistive, capacitive and induction phenomena on the conductors. The latter is more or less sophisticated, powerful and imposing, depending on the Musiclink's range.

Transparent's own RCA connectors are of outstanding quality, and their bayonet body ensures perfect contact with the socket.

Listening to this Hi-Fi cable is a very disturbing experience.

On our reference Hi-Fi system, it literally sublimates the reproduction, bringing the music to incredible life. You feel much closer to the musicians and their instruments, and you get the impression that they're performing the work much faster.

The soundstage is much wider than with competing cables, and instrument placement is also more precise. The bass and extreme low frequencies are deep and energetic, and show no drag whatsoever - surely the best I've encountered to date...

As with all the brand's references, timbres are rich and neutral, giving plenty of substance to voices and strings. The upper spectrum is in the same vein, precise, airy and free of acidity.

The level of detail is impressive, as it is not artificially emphasized by raising the upper midrange.
