Préamplificateur phono Pro-Ject Phono Box DC

This new Pro-Ject Phono Box DC phono preamplifier replaces the Austrian manufacturer's famous Phono Box 2. Its affordable price makes it ideal for entry-level and mid-range turntables, but Pro-Ject has not designed it to be cheap!

The case is made of metal that is not sensitive to vibrations and completely immune to electromagnetic interference.

The front panel has a beautiful natural or black brushed aluminium finish. On the rear panel, there are two pairs of gold-plated RCA connectors, a grounding knob and a switch for selecting between moving coil and moving magnet (MM/MC). 

The internal architecture of this Phono Box DC is dual mono and features premium components. The integrated IC technology circuits have been specially selected for their musicality, low noise and low distortion. The RIAA correction is highly accurate. The output stages are very low impedance, ensuring extended bandwidth and high transparency.

Like all products in the new Pro-Ject range, it features a revolutionary new 18 V DC power supply. This is known as a “green” power supply because it consumes less than 1 watt in standby mode.

The listening experience is detailed and dynamic. The overall sound reproduction is very neutral, allowing it to be paired with a wide variety of turntables and hi-fi cartridges.
