The cable Pro-Ject Connect It DS Phono is a cable dedicated to turntables, both affordable and high-performing. The goal is to offer neutral audiophile cables at a reasonable price, manufactured in Europe. It features high-quality OFC copper conductors, and its low capacitance makes it perfect for phono cable applications. Shielding is provided by an OFC copper spiral with a carbon-saturated conductive sub-jacket, offering optimal protection against electromagnetic interference while retaining excellent flexibility of the cable.

Connect It DS cables are fitted with silver-plated 5-pin DIN and male XLR connectors, which offer higher conductivity and lower contact resistance than gold. Some may worry about silver oxidation, but this is not an issue, as silver oxide is just as conductive as silver itself. The cable's capacitance is very low in order to keep the signal transparent and precise. The Connect It DS Phono DIN/XLR cables are balanced-type cables; however, to benefit from a truly balanced connection (True Balanced), your turntable must be fitted with an MC cartridge.
