The Pro-Ject VTE-BT vinyl turntable boasts the same technical and mechanical features as the design of the VTE model.
Pro-Ject VTE - BT : integrated phono preamp and Bluetooth
However, Austrian manufacturer Pro-Ject has added an RIAA phono preamplifier and Bluetooth transmitter into the mix, giving this turntable the capability to connect to any device with an Aux input or internal/external Bluetooth receiver.
The analogue wired output works at the same time as the wireless connection, which means that this vinyl turntable can be used with one main system and other mobile systems simultaneously.
Pro-Ject VTE - BT : listening and review
The sound quality it delivers is almost as impressive as the Pro-Ject Essential II vinyl turntable, albeit with a little less nuance and finesse.
The quality of all the registers is what you would expect of a record player in this range.
Although the wireless function delivers impressive results, it’s still not as good as a ‘pure’ analogue connection.
This turntable is definitely unconventional in design. But its unique style is what makes the Pro-ject VTE-BT such an unrivalled success! Franck
