The Takumi Aka MC is the entry-level model of the Takumi series. Featuring an aluminium cantilever and a bonded conical stylus, it offers excellent stability and long-term reliability. Its low-impedance 5 Ω generator ensures a harmonious tonal balance and broad compatibility with MC preamplifiers.

The Aka offers a very musical and unvarnished reproduction. Its conical stylus positions itself deeply and firmly in the groove, maintaining excellent contact even on records with imperfections. The bass is firm and neutral, the midrange soft and natural, and the highs retain a gentle warmth.
