FYNE AUDIO F301: CHARACTERISTICS

We find the multifibre speaker dear to the manufacturer Fyne Audio, and which is included on all the 300 series.

Here, on this Fyne Audio F301, it consists of a 150 mm bass mid-range loaded in Bass/Reflex. It is relayed in the high frequencies by a 25 mm polyester dome tweeter common to all the models of this range. This one is hidden in front of a grid.

The connection is made via a simple but good quality terminal block. It accepts bare wires or bananas.

FYNE AUDIO F301: TEST AND LISTENING

The Fyne Audio F301 speakers offer an excellent balance, which is their main advantage. They do not try to do everything, but what they do, they do it well!

The treble is not very neutral but enough precise and does not add hardness to the message. It is perfectly integrated to the mid-range that gives a beautiful presence and opening to voices.

By placing the F301 speaker more or less close to the wall, we have a good compromise between the fullness of the sound scene and bass articulation. The bass does not lack of conviction and remains perfectly controlled.

The whole “sounds” well and with a lot of enthusiasm!
