Contest Dates

The Advent Calendar will begin on Monday, December 1, 2025 at 12:01 AM and will end on Wednesday, December 24, 2025 at 11:59 PM.

Every day, from December 1 to December 24, 2025 inclusive, a new contest will be accessible via the maPlatine.com website.

In total, maPlatine.com is organizing 24 contests during the period from December 1 to 24, 2025. Each contest will begin at 12:01 AM and end at 11:59 PM.

The winners will be announced on Thursday, January 8, 2026 on the maPlatine.com blog.

Prizes will be shipped starting January 5, 2026.

Contest Rules

For all contests during this period, the goal is to answer a questionnaire in multiple-choice format. Questions will relate to a prize or a partner of the Advent Calendar operation.

To participate, simply visit the Advent Calendar application, accessible directly from the maPlatine.com website.

Fill in the requested information and answer the questions.

To help you, maPlatine.com provides clues to answer the questions correctly.

The winner will be randomly drawn from among all people who have correctly answered all questions in the day's contest.

Contest Rules for the 2025 Advent Calendar

ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITION AND CONDITIONS FOR CONTEST PARTICIPATION

MAPLATINE.COM company with capital of €22,000, registered in the trade and companies register of RENNES under number 533 519 575 RCS RENNES and having its registered office at 33 Boulevard de la Haie des Cognets – 35136 St Jacques de la Lande in France, is organizing a contest with no purchase obligation as part of a marketing operation on the Internet.

  • MAPLATINE.COM company is also referred to hereinafter as: "the Organizer"
  • The "Participant" in the contest is also referred to hereinafter as "the Participant" or "the Player"
  • The "Winner" of the contests is also referred to hereinafter as "the Winner."

The contest will be available on the maPlatine.com website page and will be accessible at the following address throughout the contest duration: https://www.maplatine.com/fr/

ARTICLE 2 - PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

This contest is open to any natural person, of legal age, residing in metropolitan France, with an Internet connection, after accepting the participation conditions in accordance with data protection law.

One entry per natural person per day is accepted throughout the contest duration.

Advent Calendar partners, MAPLATINE.COM company staff members, and their family members are excluded from participating in the contest.

ARTICLE 3 - ADVENT CALENDAR OPERATION DATES

  • Start date of the advent calendar operation: Monday, December 1, 2025 at 12:01 AM
  • End date of the advent calendar operation: Wednesday, December 24, 2025 at 11:59 PM

ARTICLE 4 - PARTICIPATION PROCEDURES

4.1 – Entry submission conditions

For participation to be validated by the Organizer, five steps must be strictly followed.

The Participant must:

a) connect to the maPlatine.com website page accessible at the following address throughout the contest: https://www.maplatine.com/fr/

b) click on the day's contest indicated by the photo of the prize to be won

c) fill in ALL elements of the form: Last Name, First Name, Email Address, Phone Number (number for the delivery person) and Country of Residence

Depending on technical possibilities offered by maPlatine.com, this information may be modified or completed after submitting your entry by email request to contact@maplatine.com.

d) check the "I am not a robot" box

e) click on "I participate"

f) MANDATORY answer all questions in the questionnaire (clues are available to help the Participant answer).

g) the Participant may only participate once per day

4.2 - Guarantees and liability regarding entry validity

MAPLATINE.COM reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify this operation if it does not proceed as planned: any virus, bug, violation, unauthorized intervention, fraud, competitor action, technical problem, or other cause beyond MAPLATINE.COM's control that alters and affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or conduct of MAPLATINE.COM.

By participating, participants agree to defend, declare, or hold MAPLATINE.COM and its agents harmless against any claim, action, and/or liability for tort, loss, or damage for any reason resulting from participation in the contest or approval or use of the awarded prize.

Generally, Participants guarantee the Organizers of this contest against all recourse, actions, or claims under all warranties and commitments made.

Any incomplete or erroneous entry will be rejected, without the Organizer's liability being engaged. Any false declaration by a participant will result in their exclusion from the contest without the Organizer's liability being engaged.

Thus, the Organizing Company MAPLATINE.COM reserves the unrestricted right to moderate after the fact and not validate, or even exclude, remove from the contest, any participant who does not comply with one of the conditions of these rules, whose author is suspected of fraud, or who would harm the integrity image of the contest.

4.3 - Prize allocation procedures

Every day, from Monday, December 1, 2025 to Wednesday, December 24, 2025 inclusive, a new contest begins.

For each contest:

a) the Participant must have filled in all elements of the entry form: Last Name, First Name, Email Address, Phone Number (number for the delivery person) and Country of Residence

b) the Participant has submitted a maximum of one entry per day

c) the Participant certifies they are not a robot

d) the Participant has correctly answered all Questionnaire questions asked in multiple-choice format (clues are available to help them)

e) the Participant has validated their entry by clicking "I validate my answers" at the bottom of the Questionnaire page

In case of a tie, maPlatine.com will randomly draw the name of a winner from all participants who met all the above points.

In case of erroneous information provided by the Winner in the entry form preventing the Organizer from contacting them, maPlatine.com reserves the right to draw a new winner.

ARTICLE 5 - CONTEST PROCEDURE

The Contest proceeds as follows:

The player connects to the address: https://www.maplatine.com/fr/ where a window will appear to present the day's prize and to access the application to participate.

After clicking "PLAY" and reviewing the participation procedures:

  • The player can try their luck to win every day during the Advent Calendar period
  • The player can only participate once per day in the day's contest
  • The Advent Calendar will be organized from 12/01/2025 to 12/24/2025. There are therefore 24 contests in total during this period. Each contest runs from 12:01 AM to 11:59 PM.

For each contest:

  • The player must answer all Questionnaire questions then validate their answers
  • Among all daily entries, people who correctly answered all questionnaire questions will be eligible to win the day's prize. The Organizer will use random drawing software to select the Winner from these eligible people.
  • The Organizer contacts the Winner. The Winner provides their postal address to ship the prize. The Organizer ships the won prize. The shipped prize corresponds to the prize at stake on the Winner's participation day.

ARTICLE 6 - PERSONAL AND NOMINATIVE DATA

Players authorize in advance by the mere fact of their participation that the Organizers freely use for advertising or promotional purposes on any medium, all nominative information communicated on the Advent Calendar application on their behalf and on all media.

Players therefore authorize the Organizers to also contact them at their email address to announce the contest results, in particular.

Personal data collected about you is mandatory and necessary for processing your contest participation. It is intended for the Organizers, or for subcontractors and/or service providers for management purposes.

In accordance with current regulations, collected information is intended exclusively for the Organizers and will not be sold or transferred to third parties in any way.

Each Participant has, under the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 as amended by the law of August 6, 2004, a right of access, correction, or deletion of information concerning them and a right to object, which can be exercised by writing to MAPLATINE.COM at the following address: contact@maplatine.com.

Information provided by the participant is intended for MAPLATINE.COM's use as part of accessing its service in accordance with general terms and conditions of sale and as part of managing this contest.

ARTICLE 7 - RESPONSIBILITIES AND RIGHTS

The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for non-compliant entries as defined in Article 4 or which could be the subject of a complaint by a third party.

In case of dispute by a third party, whatever its nature, only Participants' liability can be sought.

The Organizer has the right to modify announcement conditions before prizes are awarded, if deemed necessary or useful. In this case, the participant has the right to withdraw their entry/entries. The participant has no other rights.

The Organizers:

  • Reserve the right to modify, extend, shorten, limit winnings, or cancel this contest in case of force majeure as defined by case law. Consequently, their liability cannot be engaged for this reason.
  • Inform that, given the characteristics of the Internet network, such as free capture of disseminated information and the difficulty, even impossibility, of controlling the use that could be made of it by third parties, they cannot be held responsible for any improper or fraudulent use of this information.
  • Cannot be held responsible for fraudulent use of a Participant's connection rights or prize allocation.
  • Disclaim all responsibility in case of Internet network malfunction, telephone lines, reception equipment preventing the proper conduct of the contest. Furthermore, their liability cannot be held in any way for delivery problems or loss of electronic or postal mail.
  • Disclaim all responsibility in case of technical failure, material and software anomaly of any nature (virus, bug...) caused to the Participant's system, their computer equipment and data stored therein, and the consequences that may result for their personal, professional, or commercial activity.
  • Disclaim all responsibility for malfunction of prizes distributed as part of the contest, and potential direct and/or indirect damages they could cause.
  • May, at any time, particularly for technical reasons, updating, maintenance, interrupt access to the Page and the Contest it contains. The Organizers will in no case be responsible for these interruptions and their consequences. No compensation can be claimed on these grounds.

ARTICLE 8 - EXCLUSION CONDITIONS

Participation in these contests implies full and complete acceptance of the procedures stated in these rules without any reservation or prior condition by the Participant; non-compliance with said rules resulting in exclusion from the contest, pure and simple nullity of their participation and prize allocation.

ARTICLE 9 - RULES DEPOSIT

These rules can be sent upon simple request or consulted free of charge on the maPlatine.com website at the following address: https://www.maplatine.com/fr/content/415-reglement-du-grand-jeu-concours-calendrier-de-l-avent-2025

Costs of sending this request will be reimbursed based on a standard rate postage stamp in effect in France.

Only one reimbursement per household (same name, same address) and shipment will be sent. Upon simple written request to the same addresses as Article 1, Internet connection costs necessary for reading the rules and participating in the draw will be reimbursed at the local peak rate in effect (connection costs reimbursed based on 5 minutes of RTC connection).

The reimbursement request must be accompanied by proof from the telecom operator or Internet service provider, stating the date, time, and duration of the call. It is understood that there is no reimbursement if participation is done as part of an unlimited plan (ADSL, Cable, or other...).

Reimbursement of amounts (stamp or connection) will be made by bank transfer or check at the Organizing Company's choice, after the claimant provides all information necessary for the operation.

ARTICLE 10 - COMPETENT JURISDICTIONS

These rules are subject to French law.

The parties strive to amicably resolve any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these rules. If the disagreement persists, it will be submitted to the competent courts.

The Participant acknowledges having read these rules, accepting them without reservation, and fully complying with them.
