Description

The Matchpoint range was designed by German manufacturer SSC to decouple electronic devices, such as digital sources, vinyl turntables, amplifiers, preamplifiers and speakers (particularly ones with spikes or cones) from their bases.

SSC Matchpoint 100: features

Each Matchpoint 100 puck can hold up to 25 kilos. On the underside of the puck is a felt pad, which ensures that it moulds perfectly to the feet of your device. They have been designed specifically for very high-end, heavy Hi-Fi equipment.

The SSC Matchpoint 100 pucks absorb vibrations from your devices and prevent resonance and colouration from Hi-Fi furniture or the ground affecting the device.

They do this using a specially designed membrane sandwiched between two anodised aluminium rings.

SSC Matchpoint 100: listening and review

The benefits of these pucks on sound quality are immediately obvious and indisputable. Everything feels clearer and more open.

The bass is tighter and more dynamic.

In fact, the overall reproduction is more open and more precise. It is also less aggressive, with an improved sound stage.

This accessory delivers remarkable results without ever tipping over into esotericism, and at a reasonable price to boot.

We highly recommended it!
