Je ne doute pas de la qualité de la cellule achetée chez vous. Toutefois une déception à signaler lors de la réalisation de la transaction. N'ayant pas fait la révolution numérique, j'ai téléphoné à deux reprises à l'un des responsables du service pour être un peu guidé dans la procédure à suivre. J'ai eu à chaque fois l'impression d'être "expédié". Par contre, je me suis adressé aux établissements SONOR PLUS (Lille) pour faire installer cette nouvelle cellule sur ma platine; j'y ai rencontré un accueil agréable, un technicien compétent, pour un travail correct et un coût de 15 euros. L'ensemble fonctionne bien.
