The Pro-Ject Connect It DS Phono cable is a cable dedicated to turntables, affordable yet high-performing. The goal is to offer neutral audiophile cables at a reasonable price, manufactured in Europe. It features high-quality OFC copper conductors. Its low capacitance makes it perfect for phono cable applications. Shielding is provided by an OFC copper spiral with a carbon-saturated conductive sub-jacket, offering optimal protection against electromagnetic interference while retaining excellent cable flexibility.

Connect It DS cables are fitted with silver-plated 5-pin DIN and RCA connectors, which offer higher conductivity and lower contact resistance than gold. Some may worry about silver oxidation, but this is not an issue, as silver oxide is just as conductive as silver itself. The cable's capacitance is very low in order to keep the signal transparent and precise. These phono cables are semi-balanced, meaning the shield is connected at only one end. As a result, the side marked with the blue ring should always be connected to the phono preamp.
