GIGAWATT

GigaWatt was founded in 2007 by Adam Schubert, an electronics engineer and audio enthusiast. However, the roots of the company go back to 1998 when Power Audio laboratories was founded. This company, co-founded by Adam Schubert, created power filters. The company was founded for the following reason: insufficient availability of high quality electrical accessories that would meet the customers highest expectations. A detailed market analysis showed that competing products were often too expensive compared to their efficiency and manufacturing quality.

The prototype of the first power conditioner, which was first designed to protect a private system, quickly gained the appreciation of closest friends. In 2002, the company made a name for itself in the audio market by participating at the Audio Show 2002. Since its creation, GigaWatt has received several awards and prizes worldwide, in particular for the quality of its power filters, power strips, and cables. GigaWatt’s extensive offer is aimed at the most demanding users of audio and video systems, not only in high-tech but as well as in Hi-Fi. GigaWatt products are appreciated worldwide, all over Europe, Asia, North America, and Australia. Gigawatt’s production is based in Zgierz, Poland.
