The Elipson Alpha 100 turntable
The very first vinyl turntable from Elipson is the Alpha 100 product. To satisfy most of you, the French manufacturer offers this turntable in 3 different versions: a “standard” model, another with an integrated phono preamp (MM and MC) and a last one with a Bluetooth transducer.
To offer good audiophile performances, Elipson has chosen quality components for the Alpha 100 turntable: a tube in polished aluminium, MDF chassis, steel platter, Ortofon OM10 cartridge, and even an electronic speed changing! There is no manual belt, convenient!
The Elipson Omega 100 turntable
The Omega 100 turntable is the second model offered by Elipson. This one takes several features of the Alpha 100: 3 different versions, electronic speed changing, Ortofon OM10 or even steel platter. The little plus of this Omega 100 is that it is available in three finishes: black, white or red. And in the most beautiful lacquered finish!
Thanks to its carbon tonearm and its PMMA chassis, it allows a better rigidity and less resonance than the Alpha 100. The restitution can simply be improved!
Whatever your choice among these two Elipson turntables, you will get very good results without spend a lot of money! These vinyl turntables offer more upgrade possibilities in the long run, replacing the Ortofon OM10 cartridge by a more performing phono cartridge. “Cocorico” for these “Made in France” products!
