Our expert's words

Audioquest's NRG-2 power cable is the second model of the US manufacturer’s range. It benefits from Audioquest’s research on copper conductors and their shape, as well as on insulators. It features long grain copper (LGC) with a single-strand structure which is the manufacturer’s signature. A slight twist has been added to it with a “Spiral Hyperlitz” profile. The diameter of the three 2.6mm² conductors make it especially fit for machines with high power demands like powerful built-in amplifiers or amplification blocks.

 

Sound quality is more dynamic and also seems more textured. Bass offers a more articulated feel and is more defined. Would recommend!

Excellente qualité

Installé sur un préampli à tubes classe A, je trouve que ce câble apporte autant à la précision du son qu'un excellent câble de modulation. Cohérence dans tous les registres et extension du spectre sont au rendez-vous. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.
