The Brik DAC is a digital-to-analogue converter with three digital inputs. 1 x USB, 1 x Toslink optical, 1 x S/PDIF coaxial These inputs are compatible with a computer and 2 sources with an optical or coaxial output such as a network player (e.g.: Brik Internet Radio) and a Bluetooth receiver (e.g.: Brik Bluetooth Stage receiver). The USB 2.0 input is asynchronous. To fully enjoy this mode, we highly recommend using the BitPerfect player.
You can select sources with the switch on the right of the front panel. The rear panel has an RCA stereo analogue output to connect the system to a preamplifier or an integrated amplifier. The Brik DAC accepts resolutions and sampling rates up to 24 bits/192 kHz. To benefit from this resolution and sampling rate, under Windows (XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8), a driver is required. With a cursor, you can select the output level, 1V or 2V. The Brik DAC exhibits a highly efficient sound reproduction for the price.
